About the Owner
Sandy Ott – Owner of Ms.Ellaneous
Sandy Ott has operated a retail store in the same location in downtown Menomonie, Wisconsin for many, many years. Ms.Ellaneous has evolved into a boutique offering unique fashions, jewelry, gift items, and footwear. Small groupings – not racks of sameness – greet the customer.
Before Ms.Ellaneous, 320 Main Street was home to Reed’s Shoes, a family shoe store, also run by Sandy.
Sandy Ott is a graduate of Macalester College and a former high school English teacher. She helped to revitalize the Downtown Business Association, is currently on the Board of Directors of Main Street Menomonie, served as a director on the Chamber of Commerce, does fund raising for the Mabel Tainter Theater, was president of the Rotary Club of Menomonie, and is now an Assistant Governor for Rotary.
She has received the small business person of the year award given by the Greater Menomonie Area Chamber of Commerce.
